Every submission is carefully evaluated for editorial quality, technical readiness, broadcast suitability, and overall marketability. Because every television station has unique programming needs, each title is reviewed individually to determine whether it is an appropriate fit for representation.

By submitting your project for DHKE TitleSelect™ consideration, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights and authority to submit the materials for evaluation.
Your files will be used solely to evaluate your project for potential representation through the DHKE TitleSelect™ Program. David Harris Katz Entertainment, Inc. does not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights in your submitted materials.
Your project will not be distributed, licensed, publicly exhibited, or shared with third parties unless a separate written agreement is executed between you and DHKE, or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect submitted materials during the evaluation process.
Submission of your project does not guarantee acceptance into the DHKE TitleSelect™ Program, representation by DHKE, or placement with any broadcaster, streaming platform, distributor, or other outlet.
Because DHKE reviews a wide variety of films, television programs, and creative works, submission of your materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, partnership, agency, or exclusive relationship between you and DHKE.
